statement 1) x/mod(x)<x, Here mod(x) is positive so, multiply both side by mod(x),

x<mod(x)*x this is only possible when x is greater than one and -1<x<0. statement 1 is Not Sufficient.

Stat 2) x=mod(x) this is only possible when x >=0 stat 2 not sufficient

But both together are sufficient.
