Is there a typo in option E? should it read as "yz/x is an integer"?
Assuming there is a typo in E, I will go with D.
The only factors of 25 are 1,5 & 25. the x,y,z triad could be 1,1,1 or 1,5,25 or 1,5,5 or 5,5,5 etc. for any such triad each of x,y,z is odd. so x*y*z is odd*odd*odd = odd.

25 is an odd number, thus each factor of it is also odd. Therefore the product of any number of factors of 25 is also odd.
Assuming there is a typo in option E the answer is D.
