If x, y, and z are integers greater than 0 and x = y + z, what is the value of (y - z)/y?

(1) (x - y)/y = 4/5
(2) z/y = 4/5

what is value of 1-z/y? is the question

All we need is the ratio.
1. x=9y/5=y+z;

4y/5=z;
We can get z/y=4/5
Sufficient

2.Sufficient z/y is already provided
