This is really easy:-

Statement 1 - multiply both sides by x/z
we get x= y/(z^2). Hence sufficient.

Statement 2 - square both sides
we get z^2 = y/x
multiply both sides by x/(z^2) we get - x=y/(z^2). Hence sufficient.
