I will leave my job and open a school for poor kids. Already, I'm partially involved in the tsunami hit poor children and giving them opportunity to grow! If I couldn't make into good B-school, I'll leave my job and will become full time social worker.

think other way ...Use your tsunami related social work as strong point in your app...Top B Schools crave for students involved in these kinda social work...so chances are good that you'll get into good bschool.

Yes, I do have good social work experience but before that I need a decent GMAT score. I'll surely sure my social work and other activities in my application. Thanks again!
