(D)

Either statement itself is sufficient.

If Z is an integer, is 22 a factor of Z?
(1) 22 is a factor of 15Z.
(2) 22 is a factor of 16Z.

1) if 22 is a factor of 15Z, Z must be 22 or 44 or 66 or multiplication of 22...so, 22 is a factor of 15Z

2) if 22 is a factor of 16Z, Z must be 11 or multiplication of 11. As 2 is a factor of 16, therfore 22 is also a factor of 16Z

No the answer is (a)
The question asks if 22 is a factor of z.
Refer to my initial post for the reason why the answer is (a)

I'm going to go A.

Z could be 11 and 22 is not a factor of 11.
