You have an excellent set of credentials to present to the admissions committee. You likely will have very strong odds at top business schools.
You have clearly distinguished yourself in the extracurricular activities arena and in the professional arena – two major areas. Your success in getting into IIT is, in itself, impressive. Your GPA seems like it might be considered a tad bit lower than ideal, but what is likely more important is your ranking in your class. I don’t think your GPA will be an obstacle for you, as long as you make sure that you put together everything else in your applications excellently, including your essays and your recommendation letters. The content of the essays and recommendations should subtly address any concern the admissions committees may have about your GPA.
Best wishes,
Shelly Watts
