Hi, I have several questions about the relationship between the time response and GMAT score.
ex) There is one question with high-level difficulty in the Verbal section
Student A) Correct (using 3 min)
Student B) Correct (using 1.5 min)
- it is no doubt that student B has more ability to handle the high-level question even though the results are the same (Correct)
→ In this case, how GMAT CAT system judge the level of both students?
→ Is the average time response important to define the level of difficulty of questions?
If so, in the real GMAT test, does the time I use to solve the problems affect my final GMAT score?

While no one really knows what algorithm GMAT uses to score questions, I highly doubt that the time per question matters. Some questions are easy and can be done in 1- 1.5 minutes while others may require significantly more time. People can get tough questions right in shorter durations of time for a variety of reasons, if not by pure guesses and some luck.
What matters is that you complete all the questions in each section; failing to do so results in a heavy score penalty.

You never know how the algorithm is written and whether the time taken is also considered. I suggest that you try to focus on answering the question correctly in as little time as possible, instead of trying to decipher how the algorithm is created.
