Im interested in the Imperial college business school MBA, as i have an interest in entrepeneurship, innovation and technology, and am looking for a career change. I work in IT consulting now, and want to go into strategy consulting, start ,y own compnay, or go to work in an exciting snd innovative tech company.
I dont know whether to choose IMperial, cambridge, Oxford or LBS... I have a concern that imperial has a lower rank, but it is still a strong school apparently with a rigorous program. Lbs seems to be finance focusrd and i am not interested in finance, but im wary of not having a name brand MBA on my cv...
Has anyone heard much sbout the Imperial program? The web seems a bit sparse on information,

Having been to open days for LBS and Oxford as well as speaking with the admissions from Imperial and Judge I can offer the following:
1) LBS is easily the top school in the UK and top 2 in the Europe with Insead. Although they take a lot of finance guys and place a lot of people in finance, the curriculum is actually pretty well rounded and not just finance focused. Their placement into consulting is also really strong. Also they have a entreprenurship summer school course that you apply for instead of an internship.
2) Oxford and Judge are peer schools but I think Oxford shades it. The schools obviously have the Oxbridge name and that in itself will open some doors. I visited Oxford during an open day and was very impressed. Although personally a 1year course probably isn't for me.
3) Imperial is as far as I know a relatively new programme. Imperial is a well regarded university but with the small class size I was not convinced about its merits. I do recall them mentioning some collaborations with other departments in their university though.
