If we let Murray’s current age = M, we can create the equations:

M + 12 = 4M

12 = 3M

4 = M

Murray is 4 years old now.

So, we can create the equation:

(4 + K) = 8(4)

4 + K = 32

K = 28

Answer: C

m + 12 = 4m

So, m = 4

The number of years until Murray is 8 times as old as he is now?

So, m = 4*8 => 32

Thus in 32 - 4 = 28 Years Murray is 8 times as old as he is now, hence Answer must be (C)
