In 1990, the profit from copying was approximately 250 thousand.
The revenue from copying during the same year was 2.5 Million, which is 25,00,000 or 2500 thousand

The approximate percentage is $$\frac{250}{2500}*100$$ = 10%(Option B)

The pie chart was just a ruse Took a damning 3.31 minutes to solve an otherwise simple problem (cuz I read the pie chart for any other information)

Asking: What is the percentage of Profit over Revenue. It could be equated like below:

Profit = x% of Revenue -----(1)

From the bar graph,

Profit (in 1990) = $250000 Revenue (in 1990) =$ 2.5 mil (= 2.5 x 1000000)

Therefore, from (1) above,

250000 = x% (2.5 x 1000000), solve for x and get x = 10
