I was confused between A and D.But i think i can rule out D as indian Ocean incorrectly modifies "the largest of modern era". In E there is an issue on incorrect noun modifier.
I believe answer OA is E but I am not able to really pin point error in A itself

My 2 cents -
A is wrong because the phrase "resulting from the destruction caused by the largest tsunami of the modern era in the Indian Ocean" tends to modify the "entire world"...
A has a modifier issue as 'resulting from the destruction caused by the largest tsunami of the modern era in the Indian Ocean' is actually modifying 'the entire world'.
E also has a modifier issue as noun modifier 'which' is placed next to 'Indian Ocean', but at the same time, it does clarify that which is referring to the tsunami.
E also transitions better to the next part of the sentence.
A -> Resulting ...the entire world ---> Modification error B --> Not logical C--> because ...caused ---> Redundancy D --> Structure error E --> logically modifies properly
