The answer is option D
State 1 : lets take no. of students initially in 1995 as x
so, x+110%of x =1050
we can calculate the initial no. students in 1995 i.e., 500
there was 50% increase from 1995 to 2000
so we can calculate the % increase in no. of students from 2000 to 2005...sufficient
State 2:500 students were there in 1995
same as state 1 we can calculate the 50% increase
and we are given that 1050students were there in 2005
we can subtract and calculate the % increase ... sufficient

We have the ratio from 1995 to 2000. We also have the exact value of students in 2005.
Statement 1:
We can use this ratio to go from the number of students in 2005 to the number in 1995, then multiply by 150% to get the number of student in 2000. Thus we can find the ratio, sufficient.
Statement 2:
500*150% = 750 students in 2000, then we can find the ratio. Sufficient.
