1) The low fifty of the society spent the same than the high fifty of the society
2) 10% of the people bought 65% of the tickets

If the low fifty spent the same as the high 50 (by 50 I am assuming percentile), then the only way it is possible is if they all spent the same amount.

eg.

12345 = 15
678910 = 40

I can't forsee a scenario when the lower 50 percentile spent the same as the higher percentile. What am I missing?

Statement 2:

Doesn't give any certain value.Nt suff

Combining both the statements we can't get a solution.

So my take for the above q is option E

Why isn't it A? If low & high 50s spend the same amount it seems pretty obvious that each of these 2 groups spend 7.5 billion dollars

Plz, correct me if I'm wrong
