This question is straightforward and does not require a diagram.
Total = M + E + S - (M and E) - (M and S) - (E and S) + All 3 + Neither 3
60 = 30 + 20 + 25 - 5 - 7 - 8 + 3 + All3
All 3 = 60 - 20 - 25 - 30 + 5 + 7 + 8 - 3
All 3 = 80 - 78 = 2

Solution:
We will use the formula:
Total = #Group A + #Group B + #Group C - #Groups A & B - #Groups A & C - #Groups B & C + #All three groups + #Neither
Substituting elements of the formula with the given numbers, we obtain:
60 = 20 + 25 + 30 - 5 - 7 - 8 + #All three groups + 3
60 = 75 - 20 + #All three groups + 3
#All three groups = 60 - 75 + 20 - 3 = 80 - 78 = 2
Answer: A
