can u pls explain how u got 49? i got deisc as 33.6 and gross pft efore disc as 64 so net is 31.

dimri10
Is it C
We start with retail as 100
Take 150 as minimum value and 160 as maximum
Minimum value will be 150*1.2
Maximum value will be 160*1.4
Maximum discount will be 10% of 180 and minimum discount 15$ of 224
The toy will be sold. 162<toy< 209
Buying price. 150<toy < 160
So profit is 12< profit<49

Hello,
Considering 100 as cost to manufacturer 60% increase = 160
160*1.4=224, after taking 15$ out we get 209 which gives us maximum range I.i 209-160=49. Hope it helps
