The ratio of the no. of Books, pens & pencils is 2 : 7: 9
For the difference between the number of pens and pencils in the stationery to be a multiple of 3&7,
The ratio has to be multiplied with a multiple of 21.
The minimum number of books, pens, and pencils will be 2*21+7*21+9*21 => 42+147+189 => 378
Answer is B
