This question still seems very poorly worded at the end, specifically, "the people using either Whatsap or Facebook or both?". This makes is sound like you are asking for the denominator to be whatsaponly users + facebook only users + Users of both whatsap and facebook. However, the answer choice is based on all including ALL people using 2 or more services.­

\(Total = 1000\)

Let x be the number of people that use one of only Facebook, only Twitter or only Whatsap. (They are equal to one another )

\(x+x+x + 150+200+200+ 80+100= 1000\)

\(3x = 1000- 730 = 270\)

\(x = 90\)

--> \(\frac{x}{ x+x+630}= \frac{90}{180+630 }= \frac{90}{810}= \frac{1}{9}\)
