$$n ( M ∪ Y ) = n(M) + n(Y) - n( M ∩ Y )$$

Or, $$n ( M ∪ Y ) = 75 + 50 - 27.5$$

Or, $$n ( M ∪ Y ) = 97.5$$

So, 2.5 % did not like M or Y

Hence, 2.5% of 200 = 5 People did not like mayonnaise or mustard..

Dear Bunuel,
Would you be kind enough to look into this.?

Is the question asking how many do not like mayonnaise OR mustard or is it asking how many do not like mayonnaise AND mustard .

mayonnaise or mustard = Do not like mustard +Do not like mayo - Do not like both
=45 +95 - 5 -> 135

Do not like mayonnaise AND mustard = $$\frac{2.5}{100}$$ *200 = 5

Am i missing anything? Thank you.

The question is asking for the people who nether like mustard nor mayonnaise. Hence, your second way = 5 is correct
