.... to cont. after the q got corrected :-)
at least 2 = 14%
at least 2 = AB + BC + AC - 2ABC
(1) -> AC = 10
(2) -> BC = 10
I think each individually is still INSUFF
even taking (1) + (2) together, I get
14 = 10 + 10 + AB - 2ABC
Only 1 eqn and 2 unknowns. Hence, INSUFF

Answer should be E ?

Any OE pls ?

I am in the dark here ...we need to find out if more than half of a remainder responded afirmitive to all three...

we know that 14% of 500 is 70

50 responded affirmative to ac
50 to bc with an

100-70 is 30, this is the number of people who responded affirmative to all three i think.

this means that the two together can give us the information we need to answer the question...no?
