A. In addition to an immediate salary cap ban, the Players Union demands include a stratification system based on statistical performance, reduced service time required for arbitration and quicker dinner service on flights. (Banning means refusing something officially, while the officials are not mentioned giving as such orders, Hence it can't be option)

B. In addition to an immediate salary cap ban, the Players Union demands include a stratification system be implemented based upon statistical performance, a reduction in service time required for arbitration, and a quicker dinner service on flights. (Banning means refusing something officially, while the officials are not mentioned giving as such orders, Hence it can't be option)

C. In addition to (an/the article is missing) immediately removing the salary cap , the Players Union demands that a stratification system based on statistical performance be implemented, along with a reduction in service time required for arbitration , and that dinner be served more quickly on flights. (Out of option)

D. In addition to the immediate removal of the salary cap , the Players Union demands that a stratification system based upon statistical performance be implemented, and that service time required for arbitration be reduced, and that dinner be served quicker on flights . (though upon and on both have similar meaning, "upon" is used to state place and time which is not mentioned or stated here, hence out of option)

E. In addition to the immediate removal of the Salary cap , the Players Union demands that a Stratification system based on statistical performance be implemented, that service time required for arbitration be reduced, and that dinner be served more quickly on flights. (CORRECT)

Answer is E

Demand is a subjective word which requires use of be.
Only option E retains be and has a parallel list with that without chainring the original sentence structure much.

D vs E:
Here the only difference is "quicker" vs "quickly"
The former is an adjective and wrongly modifies the verb "served", whereas the latter is an adverb and appropriately modifies "served"
Hope this helps!
