(C) 63,

Two possible outcomes for each test => total of 2^6 outcomes.
One is a pass outcome, the remaining are the failure cases.
Thus failure ways = 64 - 1 = 63.

Hope that helps.

"C"

All possibilities - when he passes all.

2^6 -1 = 63
