I had a great chat with Ashley Lautzenheiser, who is Associate Director of Graduate Admissions at Olin - her main role is admissions for the full-time MBA program. I think you can get a really good idea of what their admissions team is looking for and the culture they are trying to build. I hope you find this helpful while preparing your applications.
