Premise:
- % of errors made by Female Coders > % of errors made by Male Coders

Conclusion:
More experience -> Less Errors (More proficiency in Coding)

What is the assumption??

Pre-thinking
- Missing Link bw Premise & Conclusion is the premise is in conclusion & Conclusion considers number of errors
- Author equates the same by considering them and saying that female are not better coders than male

Our Assumption should be on similar lines, i.e. which connects the missing linkage

A. The per capita coding work done by male IT professionals is not significantly lower than that done by their female counterparts.
>> The option states that overall coding work done by male population is not significantly lower (or in other words equal) than coding work done by female population. Inline with our prethinking

B. The male IT professional do not constitute a significantly larger percentage of IT professionals at GenSect Solutions than the female ones.
>> Number of Male professionals > Number of female professionals. This can't support the conclusion

C. The higher percentage of errors in newly joined IT professionals as compared to that in employees with a few years’ experience is attributable to the greater amount of coding experience.
>> Higher % of errors = Greater coding experience. Doesnt affect the conclusion at all

D. The male IT professionals, in general do a comparable amount of coding with reference to the female IT professionals.
>> Coding done by Males = Coding done by female - It kind of strengthens the conclusion

E. The client companies of GenSect prefer their projects to be handled by male IT professionals because of the lower error margins
>> Irrelevant
