Hi Prashant, as per the survey, a general truth is being expressed.

When the intent is to express a general truth, Simple Present (as used in option A) is generally the most appropriate tense.

p.s. Our book EducationAisle Sentence Correction Nirvana discusses Simple Present tense, its application and examples in significant detail. If you or someone is interested, PM me your email-id; I can mail the corresponding section.
