The OA is wrong - statement 2 is not sufficient.

There are 2 trapezoids that fit the conditions of the stem + statement 2. One trapezoid where angle ABC is greater than 90 degrees, and one trapezoid where angle ABC is less than 90 degrees. In both of these trapezoids, CD is parallel to and is longer than AB.
