IMO B...Option A is incorrect because of "are"...In option E word "daily" is inappropriate...In option D "today" should be after verb(recognized)..And in option C error in tense.
So by POE B seems correct.

My suggestion. Do NOT study this question. You couldn't find the OA on the web. Do not study questions from unknown sources. It is not worthwhile and may affect your knowledge.
