7^2*2=98

Quite easy problem, think it should be classified as Sub-600, given there is no trick that I wasn't able to notice

this question can be seen as 2 square of side 7.
area = 2(7*7)= 98. Answer = D

Since RU = 7 is a side of squares PQRU and URST, the area of each square is 49, and the total area of PQST is 98.

PQ = UR = TS = 7
QR = RU = RS = 7 , So QS = 14

Thus, area of the rectangle will be 14*7 = 98, answer will be (D)
