Area of rectangle : $$8*3 = 24$$
Area of triangle : $$\frac{1}{2}*12*h = 6h$$

Since the area of the rectangle is equal to area of the triangle,
we can say that $$6h = 24$$

Therefore $$h = 4$$(Option D)
