The 30° angle and the angle between w and z are vertically opposite angles which by definition we know are equal in magnitude.
So we now have 30°+x+w+30°+z+y=360° (full circle) which means w+x+y+z=300°
Hence, option B.

Let the angle opposite 30 be a
Angle a = 30 as they are vertically opposite angles
So, w+x+y+z+30+30 = 360 as they angles at a point
=> w+x+y+z = 360-30-30 = 300
