Since AB = AC, then \(\angle{ABC} = \angle{ACB} = 40\) Angles opposite equal sides are equal
Angle A = 180 - 40 - 40 = 100. Sum of the angles of a triangle = 180
x = Angle A = 100. Vertically opposite angles are equal.

As sides \(AB=AC\). Therefore,\( ∠ABC=∠ACB=40\) as angles opposite equal sides are equal.
\(∠BAC = 180-(∠ABC+∠ACB)=> 180-80 => 100\).
\(x= ∠BAC = 100 (Vertically opposite angles are equal)\).
Therefore, the OA is E.
