The unmarked angle opposite the 60° angle also measures 60°, and the sum of the measures of all six angles in the diagram is 360°. So,
\(360= a+b+c+20+60+60\)
\(=a+b+c+140\)
Subtracting 140 from each side, we get that a + b + c = 220.
