In case of 3, sum must be divisible by 3.

4A34 = 4 + A + 3 + 4 = 11 + A.

Back solve now.

Option C) 11 + 4 = 15 which is divisible by 3.

sum of integers must be divisible by 3 to be a multiple of 3
so
11+a ; a = 4; 11+4 = 15; 6
IMO C
