Could you please explain the answer.

How did you get the radius as 2


If center is at point P(2,1) and the left extremity of the circle is tangent to the Y axis, then the point P is exactly the midpoint between the left and right extremity (diameter); and we know that radius is 2. Makes sense?

...you have to download the attachment :wink:


And in order to be able to download the attachment, you need to be logged in with your username and password. Then only you will see the attachment, otherwise you will not see it.
