Since, the circle passes through (1,1), this point lies on the circle. If we can find the distance from this point to the center (-3,-2), we can know the radius of the circle.
Radius can be calculated by = \(\sqrt{(1-(-3)^2 + (1-(-2)^2)}\) = \(5\).
Thus, Circumference = \(2*π*5 = 10π\) (D)
Radius can be calculated by = \(\sqrt{(1-(-3)^2 + (1-(-2)^2)}\) = \(5\).
Thus, Circumference = \(2*π*5 = 10π\) (D)

Distance between Centre (-3,-2) and any point through which circle passes will be the radius
radius = distance between (-3,-2) and (1,1) = \(\sqrt{(1+3)^2 + (1+2)^2}\) = \(\sqrt{25}\) = 5
Circumference of circle = 2πR = 2π*5 = 10π
Hence D.
