St1: If two sides are 3 and 4 then for triangle to be right angle triangle, third side may be 5 (If 3 and 4 are sides other than hypotenuse) or SQRT(7) ((If 4 is hypotenuse): INSUFF

St2: If this is an isosceles triangle then third side may be 3 or 4. In both cases its not the right angle triangle.: SUFF

Great Problem. Tricky one just like the GMAT. I not suff since 4 could be hypotenuse and third side could be Sqrt(7).

II suff.
