Well you need to tell about your academics for us to evaluate your profile. You can try IE Spain, and I would recommend checking out IEGAT, it's an entrance exam conducted by IE Spain and it's quite easy compared to GMAT. The university says that you don't really have to prepare for anything, but you can practice some questions, it'll help you understand the type of questions and boost your confidence. What program are you planning to do?

Hi Flagow,
There are many options in Europe and they all have specific qualities that align with different applicants profiles. I would recommend to start doing more research on this site and the school specific sites. You will find detailed information regarding their typical students, such as GMAT score, Age, Experience, etc. For you, the experience requirement may be something to look into closely. Many schools require 4 years or more of professional experience, and prefer some level of management experience. There are exceptions, but they will try to stick to that requirement. The reason behind this is that in an MBA program, you will learn just as much from your classmates as you will learn from the professors. Hence, the schools like to have students that bring diverse experience to their classrooms.
Like i said, there are exceptions - keep doing your research and studying for the GMAT. Reach out if you have any other questions.

Good Luck!
