:-D Hi everyone,
First of all a very happy new year to all of you :)
I am a non-native english speaker, so is wordlist necessary for gmat as well as toefl?I am aiming for 700+
Any suggestions out of experience are welcome :)

Having a good vocabulary will be helpful but is not essential to get a 700+. I think you should research more on the pattern of the GMAT and what exactly does it test you on.

Yes. Having good vocabulary helps but that is not explicitly tested in GMAT, IMO.
Some of the RC and few CR questions test it indirectly to make sure that you understand the meaning of the word w.r.to the given context.

I would say that a good vocabulary might help you for CR questions, and maybe RC. But you have to prioritize your work, so practice comes first, then if you have spare time (do you?) go ahead with learning some vocabs.
