I am in a dilemma. I could not complete my Master's thesis, after completing all my coursework, because of a combination of factors, such as accepting a job offer while working on my thesis + my prof getting pissed off at me + not letting my complete by being a complete thorn in my way.
Do I mention this (of course, in a better way
, in some essay? Or should I not even include my Master's in my application? Any wise thoughts?

If you intend to make your being in grad school part of your application, you will most certainly want to explain it. I don't know how you would cast it in the best light, but if I were on the admissions committee, I'd want to know why you didn't finish something you started.

Do you have the choice of not mentioning at all that you were in grad school? Then you can skip this completely.

But if you are sort of in my case and have an Incomplete going into app season, you can probably pull off with in progress and will be finished by school start.
