I failed to update my gmat profile - my scores were sent to the schools with incorrect / incomplete education background (undergrad and Msc) details. Is it crucial that I should have the correct info there? If it is, can I request my scores to be sent again with the updated details at no cost?

The Schools that you apply to are almost certainly going to be assessing your Undergrad and Graduate School data from your School transcripts (and not from the limited information you provided when you registered for the GMAT) - so you likely have little to worry about here. You're ultimately asking an Admissions question though, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:
