Possibly. You should ask! Each school has very different policies with respect to scholarships. There is absolutely nothing to lose by inquiring.
You may also then qualify for outside scholarships if the 40 points helps you clear a threshold. Look into that as well.

Will the B-School increase my scholarship if I increase my gmat score by 40 points after getting admit?

This could definitely be a possibility; however, you will have to write to the school in this regard along with why you are looking for additional scholarship.
