I submitted a R1 application that I interviewed for but am still waiting for final decision. And I have submitted two R2 applications. I recently found out that I have been given a raise and in the next couple weeks it might be followed by a change in title.
1) Is there a way to add this incremental information to my application? How?
2) If yes, is a relatively large increase in salary material enough to have any impact? What do I say? "Please take note that after I submitted my application I received a raise of x?"
3) Should I wait a couple weeks to see if it is followed by a change in title as well? The more I delay though the more likely adcom would have already made its decision. On the other hand, I don't want to be sending two updates (especially if it is considered a minor change). How much is it really going to impact the application?
