Hiya-- glad you feel you have some good leadership stories to add in there. ;) And keep in mind the other points I mentioned too-- they do play a role in the admissions decision (for example, how strong of a case/explanation you make for your career goals and why you need the MBA).

I do feel you could be considered at the schools you mentioned, even being that they are top global programs, with strong applications, essays, recommendations and interviews. ;) So in terms of 'safety' schools I'd say anything maybe outside top 15-ish in the rankings? But I'm hesitant to just throw school names out at you because I think there ARE so many considerations-- location (huge); length of program; class size; curriculum; class profile; hiring statistics; etc etc. I'd urge you to think about the immediate post-MBA role you may take and what school might best help with that (both with choosing your target/dream schools and safety schools), by reviewing hiring/employment statistics and companies that recruit there and roles that graduates go into for example. If fashion is still important to you then consider location-- perhaps you'd like to be in a fashion capital (NYC; Paris; Milan-- ie Stern/Columbia; HEC; Bocconi) for that experience and those connections. Lots to think about! ;) If you have q's on specific schools you think we can advise on just let me know.
