What is it that you want to do with an MBA besides open doors? Can you provide some guidance around what you are seeking in a program? Do you have any criteria you can share?
Based on your profile, the M7 schools will be a reach. It's not out of the question, but you face an uphill battle.
I would not get a second MS degree just for the sake of it. Again, knowing the direction you are heading, I can best advise with more information in hand.
