This probably is not the answer you want to hear, but you're probably somewhat in the middle. The thing to note that there are many other categories that make up your overall candidacy in besides the one for your nationality. Your work experience/employer, age, undergraduate institution, etc. will all count as well.
Also, what difference does it really make? You can't change where you grew up or where you live, right? As for the GMAT, when and where are you planning to apply? A 710 will not disqualify you from any top program but it will definitely put slight pressure on other components of your application. Would you consider taking the exam one more time? Do you feel you can score in that 730+ range if you prepared or sat for the exam one more time? It might not hurt to consider if doable.
