Hi
I am an fall 2009 applicant from India. I am a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA degree is similar to CPA qualification of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants). I am presently working in National Stock Exchange of India Limited. I have over 5 years of work experience in financial services (though not in investment management). I have also completed the CFA program of CFA Institute , USA.
My goal is to make a career in Investment Management. My purpose of taking up MBA is for reinforcing my finance specialization with international exposure, while at the same time getting a firm grounding in general management. It would be great if you could give me following information about Investment Management
* Top Recruiters for this function
* Career Services and other networking oppertunities available for students interested in Investment management
[*] Cornell offers immersion learning with specialization in Capital Markets and Asset Management. It would be great if you could share experience of some one who has take this/had specialization

As far as IM recruiters, I am not an expert but Ive heard that the recruiting is very strong. There is a list of companies that recruit at Cornell in the employment report:
