Hi,
It would be great if someone or Kaplan Test Prep can help answer.
I have upgraded from 4 CAT tests plan (after completing these 4 tests) to the 8 tests plan.
In the new section, it is displaying all 8 tests as new tests, rather than, 4 additional, after completing the first 4.
Do these Kaplan CATs have separate question banks for each tests? If not then should I start from the 5th test (as I have already completed first tests). But I guess even that will not resolve the issue as if the question pool is same, the questions will be repeated.
The modules are really confusing, Kaplan should have thought and plan for this (how to process if a student extends or upgrades the number of tests)
I have tried to get a response from "Kaplan Support". But the experience reminds me of 19th century government offices responses.
It would be great if someone or Kaplan Test Prep can help answer.

Did they visit you in person by carriage?
I assume they have a dissipated the scenario....
So it seems a bit confusing. I agree with you.
I would suggest taking test five and I would assume that it would not have any repeating questions.
PS. I will try to reach out to Kathleen support. It is Friday however and it’s a long weekend so I doubt I will hear anything back until Tuesday or Wednesday.

I must say, you have created a wonderful platform. GC has been a great companion and critical part of my preparation.
For Kaplan, it would great to know 1. If each CAT has a separate question bank. if yes, that will solve my problem. 2. If all CATs draw the questions from the same central pool, then would they be able to 'extend the 4 CATs module to 8 CATs, rather than providing all 8 CATs a fresh, so that the questions already attempted in the first 4 CATs are marked by the system and not presented again in the remaining 4 CATs.
They never respond to mails or to any contact with support team.
