Most b-schools have multiple rounds of admissions, and Round 1 generally starts in late Sept/Oct depending on the schools. Visit your target school websites and note down the deadline for each round. To be honest, you are probably a little late for Round 1 application.
Plan to take the test in 2-3 months from now, based on an initial mock test and your target score. Assuming you don't have to retake the exam, you will have enough time for score reporting/essays/recommendations etc. for Round 2 at the earliest. Remember - if you have your GMAT score ready just two or three weeks prior to deadline, you will not be able to write the best essays for multiple schools. Also, it takes a couple of weeks for AWA score to be released.
