INSEAD for Canada?

Hello Everybody,
For background, I've got 13 years of experience in Information Technology across tier1 banks. I live in Singapore, and I'm pondering over applying for INSEAD for the Sep intake next year. My end goal is to move to Canada. Does anybody have an idea how feasible it is to obtain good job opportunities in Canada with an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore vs France? If somebody's got such an experience, would love to connect!

Hi donkadsw
INSEAD is generally reluctant to consider applicants with over 10 years of experience for their full-time MBA. You might want to check with them regarding your profile and your experience.

I am not familiar with INSEAD's feeder programs but generally you would want to apply to the school in the country you are planning to settle/work at.
E.g. If you graduate from a Canadian MBA program, I believe you get a 3-year work permit automatically. While if you graduate from INSEAD in Signapore or France, that is awesome and a stronger global degree but it does not give you work permit in Canada, thus requiring you to convince your future employer to move you to Canada vs. hiring someone who is local already or who has a work permit and avoiding an immigration hassle. Definitely possible but not a typical hiring path in my view.
INSEAD SIN would be great for Asia and France would be great for Europe or Middle East (lots of people seem to be settling there) but not so great for North America at the moment.
