Tips for INSEAD MBA VIDEO INTERVIEW:
It is a great chance to show your "Passions", "Motivations", and "WHO YOU REALLY ARE". The Adcom wants to see your communication skills, how you think on the spot, your cultural awareness, and how you express your ideas.
You will get 5 questions in total: 4 video questions and 1 written.
1) For each video question: 45 seconds to prepare, 60 seconds to answer.
2) For the written question: 5 minutes to type your response. Once the time is up, your answer is automatically submitted.
The whole thing might take approximately 15-20 minutes.
Note: When you start the KIRA Assessment, you only get one try per question (no retakes). The questions are random and usually behavioral. They may ask about your traits or an example from your work that shows your leadership and personality, and how you deal with tough situations/teams, creativity, accomplishments, and more...
Focus on what the question is asking, and use it to highlight your achievements, values, and who you are.
Important: Before starting the final Video Interview. On the Kira interview platform, you can practice as many times as you want, and it is suggested to make use of this. The questions can be random and different for each user. Practice well!

Dear team, Do you have any knowledge if the written assessment highlights wrong spellings? I make a lot of typos and while I know the correct spellings, the test will be easier for me if the system prompts me about the mistake.
